Chag Pesach Sameach!

We are joyful to announce the return of our Community Seder, Thursday, April 6 at 6:30pm at Baruch HaShem Messianic Synagogue. Please read this information completely as it should answer your questions. The first section is the information concerning the Seder. The second section pertains to the ticketing process itself. The Seder will not be live-streamed. After Sunday, March 12, no refunds will be given.

Thank you for your patience and diligence in reading this information. After reading everything, should you still have questions, we know that it is a natural inclination to call the office; however, we are asking that you instead please contact us below for the most up-to-date information.


THE SEDER

April 6
6:30pm (doors open at 5:30pm)
Attendees 6+ years old $50/person
Attendees younger than 6 are free.
Hors d’oeuvres will be served before 6:00pm.
Dinner options: Meat and Vegetarian

For security reasons:

  • Only small purses/clutches will be allowed – there will be a bag check.
  • Only persons with pre-purchased tickets will be allowed entry.
  • Your registration is your ticket – no paper tickets.
  • Your registration may not be transferred to another person. Your name may not be used in place of another person’s name on their registration. Each registration must have the individual’s first and last name.
  • Check-in is required and your nametag must be worn all evening.

Seating:

  • Your family will be seated together.
  • If you have invited guests, they will also be seated with you.
  • The BHS Youth will sit together if your child wants to join them.
  • You will be able to request one other family or person with whom you wish to be seated. We cannot guarantee this request.
  • Please note: You are not requesting full table seating (8-10 persons) as at previous Seders. Make your requests as listed above and we will do our best to make it happen.

TICKETS

  • You must register to attend.
  • Your registration is your ticket – no paper tickets.
  • Your registration may not be transferred to another person. Your name may not be used in place of another person’s name on their registration.
  • There are two types of attendees: Standard ($50) and Child(ren) under 6 (free).
  • Full payment is due at the time of registration.
  • You will need to register each attendee individually. Each registration must have the individual’s first and last name.
  • After Sunday, March 12, no refunds will be given.
  • If you are no longer able to attend, PLEASE cancel your registration as we have a waitlist of those hoping to attend. As stated above, you may not transfer your registration to another person.
  • Registration closes at 5:00pm Thursday, March 30, or when the Seder is sold out.
  • Once the Seder is sold out, the Waitlist registration will open.
  • If the Seder sells out before March 30, the Waitlist will remain open until 5:00pm March 30.
  • Cancelations after March 30 will continue to be filled from the Waitlist until noon on April 6. As stated above, you may not transfer your registration to another person.
  • Your registration is not complete until your full payment is posted, and you have received a confirmation email. Please check your SPAM folder for the email.

Members:

  • Members may register themselves and each of their immediate family, spouse and children under the age of 19, from noon on Monday, March 6 through noon on Sunday, March 12. Children 19 and older, who are members of BHS, may register themselves in separate registrations.
  • Use the first and last names belonging to the individuals registering. Your name or a placeholder name may not be used in place of another person’s name on their registration.
    • Example – Don’t write: Baby Waldman or Guest Waldman
  • During this period, you may not register any guests or children 19 and older who are not members of BHS. There will be opportunity for them to register when registration opens to everyone March 13 (if we have not sold out).
  • You will be able to request one other family or person with whom you wish to be seated. We cannot guarantee this request. Please use first and last names when answering any questions pertaining to seating.
  • Please cancel your registration prior to 11:59pm on Sunday, March 12 for a full refund. As stated above, you may not transfer your registration to another person.
  • Any cancellations after this date will not be refunded.
  • Should you need assistance with registration, or need to make a payment by cash or check, we will be available to help you on Wednesday, March 8 from 7:00pm-8:00pm in the BHS Atrium.

All Others:

  • Registration begins Monday, March 13 at noon.
  • Use the first and last names belonging to the individuals registering. Your name or a placeholder name may not be used in place of another person’s name on their registration.
    • Example – Don’t write: Baby Waldman or Guest Waldman
