00 We are continuing along Moving right along through the Book of Luke. We are in Luke chapter 5 Last week we did last Shabbat Dr. Daniel did verses 1 through 11 today. I'll be doing versus. 17 through 26 and if you if you all of a sudden go wait a second, there's a gap there. That's because you missed Wednesday night. So if you want the Gap, you have to come on Wednesday nights. In order to hear the in between Shabbat messages. But I want to do before we get into the passage. I just want to remind us of a few things. First we're just going to kind of go do a generic overview for
45 Luke, you know authorship audience in the purpose are really the three. I'm gonna hit. Luke is the author Surprise surprise. He's the author of The Gospel of Luke. I know that that should serve as a surprise for most of you. he's writing to Theophilus Well that also should surprise most of you unless you've read the book because it opens up with my dear Theophilus. most excellent Theophilus Theophilus is an interesting. Study in and of himself. Which we did some of that on a Wednesday night. I'll just I've mentioned
32 these three options before and I'll do them again today. I'm not going to spend a lot of time on it. There's there's some question as to who Theophilus might be. It's Theophilus a specific. Person or is he a general people if that makes sense? Why why is that? Why is that a even a question? Well Theophilus could be a specific person named Theophilus or it could be written to a generic audience and you can break down Theophilus to friend or beloved by God or beloved of God. So is it it could be a specific or it could be a generic a general audience. If it's a
18 specific person. It could be a wealthy Gentile Patron. This is this would have been common in the in that time period to have someone wealthy employ a person to go and in study and then write out a book for them or scroll. And that person would have been paid and that was their means of work. Why why would Gentile become a describer of Theophilus well? The Book of Luke and acts by the way it's now commonly believed that book of Luke and acts are actually a two-part book So when you hear me say Luke Acts or
03 the Book of Luke and acts. Yeah, they're two books Luke and acts but they're the same author the written to the same person. And so there's got to be some level of continuity between the two. The Book of Luke Acts addresses How can I put this without sounding? IT addresses the the issues between Jews and Gentiles more than any other book in the new in the New Testament the britcata shop. by the way
48 If all of a sudden you're like wait, there's there's issues between Jews and gentiles. Well, let's go read. And we'll have a conversation. Or if you want just real life conversation. Just talk to a few people in here. I presented another possibility which is actually not a new possibility as I was refreshing my memory this week. I learned from another source that I think the first person to suggest this was in like the 1600s or 1700s, but there is another possibility. the Theophilus was a specific person And that specific person was a Jewish person not just a Jewish person, but from the tribe of Levi and
35 not just from the tribe of Levi, but from the family of Aaron and not just from the family of Aaron, but the high priest that served in the temple. So you can go look in Josephus. If this is if this is up your route, you know Allie you can go look through the book of Josephus. One of the books that he compiles and he lists out the different High priests that serve and he lists Theophilus then Ennis or Anonymous, which is ananias as we often recognize the name. And so this Theophilus would have been brother-in-law to Caiaphas who presided over the trial of Yeshua.
23 Ananias are on and on and on and on us. And I and this is a tongue twister type of day. I just maybe I should apologize ahead of time. Ananias had five sons that served as high priest. and then multiple grandsons Theophilus had a I think it was one of the office's Sons also had a was high priest. I'd have to go back and refresh my memory anyways. There is that possibility that Theophilus. Is a is an out of office high priest at the time when Luke
09 is writing to him. so the Theophilus that Josephus mentions serves from 37 to 41 CE or in the Common Era. So let me go back and reread Luke 1 verses 1 through 4 because I want to refresh our memories as to the purpose that Luke is writing. Luke writes dear Theophilus concerning the matters that have taken place Among Us. Many people have undertaken to draw up accounts. Based on what was handed down to us by those who from the start were eyewitnesses and Proclaimers of the message, by the way this chapter 1 verses 1 through 4.
54 Therefore your Excellency since I have carefully investigated all these things from the beginning it seemed good to me that I too should write in it right you an accurate in ordered narrative So that so when you when you see the words so that you get a purpose. So that you might know how well-founded are the things about which you have been taught. So Luke is writing to the to the Theophilus whether we take him as specific or general whether we take him as Jewish or Gentile whether we take him as high priest or not. He's writing two Theophilus. for the purpose of reminding him.
39 Or maybe I can put it this way so that he may know for sure the truth of the words that he's already been taught. In other words Theophilus is already a follower of Yeshua, perhaps he's he's entered into some precarious moments or times of testing and trial and and he's beginning to wonder. I would ask if anybody in here has ever experienced a trial like that, but I would expect every hand to go up. Because we all experience testing and trials that cause us to waver for a moment. Theophilus is no different. And Luke is writing to him so that he may know for sure. or with all certainty
26 so that there may be no shadow of a doubt. As to what he has already been taught in other words. He strengthening theophilus's faith. And what you'll see through the Book of Luke is the progression of the Bill of the book steadily builds upon the Simplicity of this beginning. Don't waver in your faith. Be reassured press on to the goal. You see this over and over and over again? You see this theme in beginning to emerge that God who brought salvation to his people in the Old Testament continues to do this, especially through Jesus Christ. This is quoted from
12 Professor David Allen Dr. David Allen in the book Lucan authorship of the book of Hebrews which is a whole nother discussion, which I realized I just opened but we're going to stop it right now. Anyways, it's another book if you want to go read it, you can go read that one. The theme undergirds his attempt to exhort his reader or readers to a course of action or a purpose in other words God's faithfulness to his covenants should motivate us to a course of action. In other words, put our feet to the ground and our hands to the plow. How blessed are the feet of the one who brings good news, you read that in Isaiah. This good news that that Luke begins.
58 To the begins to emerge through the text of Luke. By the way, Luke is writing with a purpose. I know I just said what the purpose of the of the book is, but he Luke is meticulous about putting all of it together in building upon one upon another. So that we can begin. We're we're like drawn into a story. How many how many of you like movies you don't have to raise your hand or TV shows? I assume that everybody in here likes a movie a good movie or good TV show. especially when there's a Need for Speed Okay, only three. All right. All right was just checking. Just checking.
46 When you're drawn into a good movie it catches you real early on. And it draws you in with it with a spectacular premise or or there's some hook. That begins to pull you in. And then the Story begins to unfold. and dinosaurs begin to emerge and take over the world now I I I'm referencing two new movies that are coming out this week and next week anyways. The movies they draw you in they suck you into it. And you're fully engaged. All the way until the end Luke does this in writing? He draws you in he sets the hook. He pulls you in and then he allows the story to unfold.
35 but with a purpose So what you'll see is Luke uses particular stories at a particular moment for a particular reason. And this really undergirding Luke. Is this concept for when Yeshua makes his first? Appearance in a synagogue and reads from the book of Isaiah. It's from that point on in Luke chapter. 4 actually it's really even from Luke chapter 3 when Isaiah is referenced. This concept of proclaiming good news. The by the way proclaiming good news isn't just
20 standing on the side of road and saying let me I got some good news for you. Don't read the Dallas Morning News. Because if you want good news, don't go read any newspaper. Don't go reading any any websites the nobody's gonna give you good news because it's not what sucks people in. It's unfortunate. But as a society, we have a morbid attraction to bad. things but this this idea of good news isn't just hearing or reading, but it's the actual doing. The the actions that are received are good news if that makes sense. You see it in Luke 3:18, you see it in Luke 4:43. We
06 Luke references back to it in in the book of Isaiah primarily from the second really the second half of Isaiah from 40 to 66. and in that Part of Isaiah. You see this term bestora? Which is which is the Isaiah equivalent of good news, you know the how good how is it? What did I just quoted the how blessed are the feet of the one who brings good news? That's the the term that's used there. Bringing good news to Zion in Isaiah 40 verse 9. There's a Herald of good news in 4127 in Isaiah 52 verses 7 and 8 bringing good news and then following up a few verses later. The
53 Lord says I'll go before you and be your rear guard. By the way, it's reminiscent of The Exodus when the Lord went before and was the rear guard. the theme in Isaiah Is the exile? And the Return of the King. so you see The spirit of the Lord go into Exile with Israel. You see it in the Book of Ezekiel. also Rabbi Russ Resnick says this and his book. I think it's called. I think the book is called the best ARA of Luke. The best aura or the good news is the announcement that the Divine King is returning to His
39 People Israel to fulfill all the prophets have promised. In light of this gracious intervention, the besselra also announces that the time has come for his people to bring their lives back into alignment with the King and his ways in other words the best arise twofold. One it's the returning of the king. And two, it's the bringing back into alignment of the people with his ways. So this is what's undergirding Luke. As he's writing the book Luke. is centered On Jerusalem on the Jewish people on the king of Israel.
26 More so than nearly any other gospel and I I probably can just say go ahead and say any other gospel. Luke begins and ends in the city of Jerusalem Luke features a Seder in Jerusalem Luke features Jerusalem throughout the text And in fact the center section of Luke details the Journey of Yeshua up to Jerusalem. So Luke begins ends in Jerusalem and everything in between leads up to. Why Jerusalem because that is the city where the king of Israel will return.
11 Luke is focusing on the on the inbreaking if you will of the Kingdom. Of God the Kingdom of Heaven this proclaiming the good news the act of reaching out and touching those in need. Loop begins to break it down and we see there are simple acts that confirm the inbreaking of the Kingdom of Heaven. As I mentioned a minute ago, there's a twofold operation one is the king returning and two the people bringing their lives back into alignment with the King. So this in Breaking, we Loop against to lay out evidence that shows that it's happening.
57 so we read in Luke chapter 4 verse 33 through 70 37 the removal of an unclean spirit. In 38 through in 38 and 39 the removal of the fever from people Peter's mother-in-law. In 40 through 41 the healing of the sick among them last week in chapter 5 verses 1 through 11 the provision of Commerce for those needing business. But not just that. the provision of an awareness of sin through the provision of the Lord Peter confesses his sin In other words Peter is bringing his life. into alignment with the King
43 so there's there's at the one hand the king breaking in and at the other the the people that are being acted upon us bringing our lives into alignment with this week in the in the middle of the week. We we talked about the healing of the man who's covered completely with Sarat with Leprosy is what's called. It's commonly translated as The healing of this man, by the way, it's not just the healing of a disease. the healing of this man Is the the red is his restoration or his ability to re-enter into the community? Into communal life daily communal life
30 up until this point because he has saraty's outside of communal life. He's not allowed to be. In the Kingdom if you will. In all of a sudden Yeshua heals this man and he's able to reenter he's able to bring his life into alignment with the King. We continue to see these acts these type of Acts throughout the Book of Luke. And today we see it with the healing of the paralytic and Luke chapter 5 verses 17 through 26. So let's go ahead and turn there. That was my introduction.
18 one day Yeshua was teaching There were perfume there were Pharisees and they were Torah teachers present. Who had come from various villages in the Galileo in Yehuda in the Galilean in Judea and also from Jerusalem and the power of the Lord was with him to heal the sick. Some men came carrying a paralyzed man lying on a bed. They wanted to bring him inside and lay him in front of Yeshua. But they couldn't find a way to get him in because of the crowd. So they went up onto the roof and lowered him on his mattress through the tiles into the middle of the Gathering right in front of Yeshua. when Yeshua saw their trust, he said friend your sins are forgiven you
06 Now the Torah teachers in the parishime the Pharisees were thinking who is this fellow who speaks such blasphemies who can forgive sin except God. But Yeshua knowing what they were thinking answered and said, why are you turning over such thoughts in your hearts? which is easier to say your sins are forgiven you or get up and walk? But look I'll prove to you that the son of man has Authority on Earth to forgive sins. He then turned and said to the paralytic I say to you get up pick up your mattress and go home. Immediately in front of everyone. He stood up picked up what he had been lying on and went home praising. God amazement sees them all and they
52 don't they made a brocca a blessing to the Lord. They were awestruck saying we have seen extraordinary things today. this story occurs in at least three of the gospels and there's this very similar story in John. So the story also occurs in Matthew 9 Mark 2 and then here in Luke 5 and there's something similar in John chapter 5 if you want to look at that one, it's very similar. It just happens at a different location. We learn from Mark and Matthew's accounts. That Yeshua is likely in Capernaum at this point. He's he's there in Capernaum which is where he called Peter and Andrew.
38 And and yaakov or James and John? He's come back to this place. It seems to be his his launching Point his home his home base if you will. And he's there. And what we see here is is word is spreading about Yeshua, you know, Yeshua has just spent. The previous verses going around the towns in the area. But now Yeshua comes back and word has spread. About Yeshua throughout the regions. How can I say that because it says that Pharisees and Torah teachers come from the Galilee. Judea and Jerusalem all the way to come and see and hear Yeshua.
26 And Yeshua is in a house. You can imagine he's in a house maybe on a hillside in in Capernaum. And he's there and it the house is full of people listening to him. Full to the point that there's a man being brought by four other men that can't get into the house. So they go around the side of the house. They climb up onto the roof. They remove a few tiles perhaps they they get a crowbar and break away some mud or leaves or something to create a hole or maybe there's already a hole in the house that provides light for the interior. And at this point these four men. begin to lower
12 this paralytic man down to Yeshua Now you you can look at this passage and go Luke doesn't say Foreman. That's true. Mark does. So you can go check out Mark. And then what happens is Yeshua. Looks at him and says because of their faith. Your sins are forgiven. I I forgive your sin. and all of a sudden it seems that there begins to be a murmur. Nothing spoken out, right? The reason I know that is because Luke says they were saying within themselves or or to themselves or in their
59 hearts. Who is this man? Who is he to forgive sins? That's blasphemy. Only. God can do that. in other words They recognize that this is an authority issue. In this man's life. And in fact if you want my opinion. I'm gonna give it to you even if you don't want it. They're right to question him. We all should question. What's being said in front of us and done?
47 but it doesn't mean that we shouldn't believe they're right to question. And it says nothing about their belief or unbelief. I just also want you to know the gospels have been used. perhaps maliciously against Jewish people and in particular against Pharisees So maybe I maybe I'll set up step on a few toes here also. Luke mentions all of this but not with a negative tone. You can read it with a negative tone. And that's you reading into the gospel. But if you read it as it's written, there's there's he's not saying oh those Pharisees. Have
35 you seen those hypocrites? No, he's he's saying they are asking questions. They're beginning to wonder. And Yeshua responds by the way Yeshua often. Reveals, what's in the heart? I don't know if you ever noticed that Yeshua doesn't. Reveal the question because the questions already out he reveals what's in the heart. Yeshua begins to reveal the heart and he says is it easier for a man to say your sins are forgiven or get up and walk? So let's just let's just ask that question right now. Just ask your question yourself that question. Is it easier to say your sins
20 are forgiven or to tell somebody to get up and walk if they if they're paralyzed? Now I will tell you from the saying perspective. It's far easier to say your sins are forgiven. Because nobody in here can tell if they truly are or not. But everybody can tell if the paralyzed man doesn't get up and walk. therefore that is more difficult to say however however In the Unseen realm it's actually easier to say get up and walk then
08 it is. To say your sins are forgiven. Because that's not our place. at least in this in this in this instance, it's not it's not the place of the people and they rightly say that's god's Authority forgiving sins against God Is only can only be done by God himself. So in this case if we look at it like that. It's easier to say to the paralyzed man get up and walk then it is to say your sins are forgiven. Because there's action involved.
55 But Yeshua doesn't stop there. He follows it up and he says so that So again, I earlier we had a so that that showed the purpose of the Book of Luke now, we have a so that that shows the purpose of what Yeshua is doing. so that you may know that the son of man has Authority on Earth to forgive sins. Now we're going to take a detour here for just a minute. Because Yeshua uses a term. Or maybe a better better said a title. And the title is son of man. It doesn't mean you're a human. the title derives from Daniel chapter 7 and it would have been known among the people at this point.
42 the title son of man the title refers to in Daniel chapter 7 verse 13 refers to a Divine figure one like the son of man this figure Daniel continues on in the next verse this figure. His Dominion is an everlasting Dominion that will never pass away. And his kingdom is one that will not be destroyed. So Yeshua takes the title son of man. And puts it on himself. in the presence of the people so that for the purpose that they know
30 he has the authority to do the action that he's doing. Here's where it gets very interesting his action proves. his statements Yeshua proves to the people that he has the authority to forgive the sin. By telling the man to get up and walk. in the saying world, that's it's easier to say your sins are forgiven. But what Yeshua says is that you may have that you may know that the son of man has Authority on the earth to forgive sins. By this action, which is get up and walk.
16 And the man gets up and walks. And proves that Yeshua is the Son of Man by title. The Divine figure the Divine Messiah that the of the Lord whose kingdom will have no end. And the evidence is here breaking into our society. Excuse me for second. The evidence is here breaking into society. Through the healings that are going on. People at this time were living in a really an elevated state of expectancy.
03 There are numerous Messiahs that appear before and after the time of Yeshua. that are proclaimed to be Messiah and subsequently revealed to not the people are looking for a messiah who's going to establish his kingdom and bring relief from the oppressive government. of Rome but Yeshua is not here to do that. Not that time. Yeshua is here to help the people bring their lives into alignment with him. So he forgives the man's sins and commands him to get up and walk and take his mat and take his mat.
52 The man does it stands up picks up his mat? goes home praising the Lord the people they're amazed. And the stern version the the complete Jewish Bible. Excuse me. Please the complete Jewish Bible uses this. It says this the people are amazed and make a bracha or a blessing to the Lord. Literally they glorified God. That's what happens here. They glorify God. This is what Stern says in his commentary. Many Jews are familiar with this concept of Brahma.
38 Blessing and the blessings said over the wine and the bread. But may nevertheless be unaware that at the time of the talmud in the fifth century. Judaism specified formulas for dozens of blessings to be said on all kinds of occasions some examples are as follows with today's wording. Smelling fragrant herbs grasses or flowers blessed. Are you Lord our god king of the universe who creates fragrant vegetation. Upon seeing a rainbow blessed. Are you Lord our god king of the universe who remembers the Covenant and is faithful to his Covenant and fulfills his word. upon seeing unusually beautiful people
23 trees or fields Let's see blessed. Are you Lord our god king of the universe who has such phenomena for himself in his universe. Upon seeing unusually strange looking people or animals blessed. Are you Lord our god king of the universe who makes his creatures different. Upon hearing especially good news that benefits both oneself and others blessed. Are you Lord our god king of the universe who is good and does good. Upon eating seasonal fruits for the first time in their season purchasing oneself a new Garment of value or for performing a seasonal mitzvah. Excuse me. Blessed. Are
08 you Lord our god king of the universe. Who has kept us alive sustained us and enabled us to reach this time. This is a I wasn't going to read this one, but I'll read it because I think it's funny. Of the standard Bronco and I'm still quoting stern here. Of the standard brought. I know this one most fires my imagination. Upon seeing 600,000 or more Jews together. Blessed. Are you Lord our god king of the universe nowhere of Secrets. While it is known I'm continuing with stern here while it is known that blessing formulas along
54 these lines predate Yeshua, there is uncertainty over first century Customs as with Torah reading practices. So on and so forth. So it is impossible to know exactly or to what degree every day consciousness of God's doings would have been channeled into a broker like those found in the talmud and even in today's Judaism, but I find no difficulty in supposing that on the occasion of yeshua's healing a paralytic and forgiving his sins in a public setting the people's amazement and subsequent glorifying of God was poured into the available Jewish molds, perhaps someone thought to pronounce the six blessing of the amidah, which ends blessed are you? Oh Lord. Who is gracious to forgive abundantly? Or the eighth which ends Blessed Are You O Lord, who
40 heals the sick of his people Israel, but in addition, I am sure that there were that there was spontaneous praise and possibly one or more persons invented new brakote along such lines as blessed. Are you Lord our god king of the universe who cures the incurable to which as I see the scene in my mind's eye the crowd would have responded with enthusiastic amens amid shouts and cheers. Why do I say that because the people? Bless the Lord. That's the people's reaction is to bless the Lord to offer abraca. So what does this mean for us today?
27 As has become my custom recently. I'm just going to ask some questions. In in how it is applicable in our lives today. Is the good news spreading today? Is there a good news spreading today? Maybe not even the good news. Any good news. Is there any good news spreading today? Is the countryside hearing what the Lord is doing in our midst today? What are obstacles that we face? to approach Yeshua Are our obstacles time? distance vehicles
15 is it the cost? That will be taken from us to be near to him or is it the cost of five and a half dollars a gallon of gas? If you drive a particular type of vehicle. What is the Lord doing today to restore people to a whole life? I mean to holistically restore people to restore them from inside out all of their being. What is it that the Lord's doing? And are we participating in that? Yeshua is standing there in the midst of the house.
03 And the heavens open up. In other words the roof opens up. It's not on fire. But the roof opens up and a man is lowered down and he looks at the four men, by the way, I want you to note. He looks at the men. not the one being lowered and he says it the text says this when he saw their faith. The Men Who were lowering the paralytic man when he saw their faith He said to the man your sins are forgiven. So are we participating in this? Are we helping others who are in need of the Lord?
49 Is the body working together in unity to bring those to the Lord? It took the unity of these four men. It took the unity of their faith. To even make it possible for the paralytic to be brought into be healed. By the way, our faith is stronger when we walk together. I don't know if you ever realized that. our faith gets weaker when we're one by one, but when we're two by two four by four 16 by 16 and whatever the next exponent is. When we walk in those numbers our faith continues to grow strong.
35 Are we working to make a hole? a whole so that someone can be made whole. Oh. By the way, there's an interesting. I I don't have time for this story. Never mind. There's an interesting story. Thank you, Amanda. There's an interesting story everybody else. You can think Amanda later. There's an interesting story at talmudic's story that also has to deal with a hole in the roof. This isn't the first hole in the roof story, by the way. And that story it's Rabbi Hillel. Who's a young child? Who can't afford to go in and study under the
21 under the tutelage of rabbi? Shamai? And because of that he climbs Up on the Roof. And he kind of huddles near the the Skylight. So the you know, there's a there's a hole in the roof. So the people can get receive light to study. So he huddles there. Well Wally's huddling. He's listening. He falls asleep. Maybe some of you have fallen asleep right now. He no. I'm just playing he falls asleep. The throughout the day the sun begins to shift. And all of a sudden the light is no longer entering the room because his body is blocking. the entrance and shemai sends out the guard. To go go figure out what's going on in the roof.
07 And he brings he brings Rabbi Hillel that well, he's not Rabbi he brings. Hello down. He goes, what are you doing? How dare you be on the roof? And and hello, you know just woken up from a nap. He's like, oh no. He's caught. And Rabbi Shaniah comes out and says, what are you doing? And he says well, I can't afford the entrance fee to study under you. And so I I still wanted to study the Torah under you that I climbed up on the roof so I could hear you. And the story says that rabbi shamai. Brought him in from that day on and paid his fee. To be in the house of study.
53 I there's some interesting correlation. I don't know that there's a lot but there's some interesting ties with this other man. Who he's on the roof in faith for the purpose of? interacting with the word of God the word in flesh and he's lowered down. and Yeshua welcomes him in he doesn't send them back out. No, you have to come through the front door. What are you doing coming through the the ceiling? Make sure you fix the roof tiles when you're leaving. Oh Yeshua welcomes them in.
42 And then gives evidence for the inbreaking of the kingdom of God. We'll see I think next week. This idea of rest on Shabbat. And being able to fully enter Shabbat as a whole person. Yeshua wants everybody. to be healed to the point of being whole so that they can fully enter into the rest of Shabbat. to enter into this time this space
27 That's different from every other time during the week. But when we come in with our baggage when we come in with our burdens when we come in paralyzed. We're unable to fully enter. the rest of Shabbat so another question for us is are we bearing our brothers and our sisters burdens before the Lord by the way, sometimes our brothers and our sisters can be a burden. Are we bearing them before the Lord? Are we bringing them in? Are we helping? Because what James says James says but someone will say you have faith and I have Works James chapter 2 show me your faith without works and I will show you my faith by my works.
15 You believe that God is one you do well. the demons also believe in shudder But do you want to know you empty person that faith without works is dead. Wasn't Abraham Our Father proved righteous by his works when he offered up Isaac his son on the altar. You see that Faith work together with his works and by his works. His faith was made complete. It's very similar to what Yeshua this this Paradox that Yeshua was presenting. Is it easier to say your sins are forgiven or to get up and walk? And yet one proves the other improves the other. It's a paradox. When we do see the Lord acting in our midst, what do we do?
03 That's a good question for all of us to think about. What do we do? Do we praise and glorify him? Or do we attribute the action to the work of modern medicine or our own ingenuity? There's a there's a story there's a joke. I'll tell this one. This is a quick one. Jewish man comes in he's coming to synagogue for Yom Kippur He pulls into the parking lot. I can't find a parking spot anywhere. He's driving around the parking lot parking lot. All of a sudden he says Lord, can you please just give me a parking spot? he opens his eyes and there's a person backing out and He says never mind Lord, I found one.
48 Do we attribute proper? Glory listen a parking spot. That's one thing but but it's a thing. Do we attribute a proper response or praise and glory to the proper person? namely the Lord When a person is set free, that is the inbreaking of the kingdom of heaven today in our midst. That in Breaking of the kingdom of God is happening right now person by person.
