01 Well, I have a joke for you today. And I'm and I'm hesitant to say it because I just butchered the other one. But I didn't prep that one. So. I got this joke from my uncle. I was very interesting joke. We'll see if you guys like it as well. The Presbyterian Church called a meeting to decide what to do with their squirrel infestation. after much prayer and consideration They concluded that the squirrels were predestined to be there And they should not interfere with God's Divine will. At the Baptist Church the squirrels had taken in interest in the baptistry. The deacons met and decided to put a water slide on the baptistry and let the squirrels drown themselves.
47 The squirrels like the slide and unfortunately new instinctively how to swim. So twice as many squirrels showed up the following week. The Lutheran Church decided that they were not in a position to harm any of God's creatures. So the humanely trapped their squirrels and set them free near the Baptist Church. Two weeks later the squirrels were back when the Baptist took down the water slide. The episcopalians try to much more unique path by setting out pans of whiskey around their Church in an effort to kill the squirrels with alcohol poisoning. They sadly learned how much damage a band of drunk squirrels can do. But the Catholic Church came up with a more creative strategy. They baptized all the squirrels and made the members
35 of the church now, they only see them at Christmas and Easter. Not not much was heard from the Jewish synagogue. They took the first squirrel and circumcised him. They haven't well since every now and then it's really good just to laugh at ourselves. It's very healthy. In fact laughter is one of the best forms of Medicine.
22 Especially when it comes at your own expense. So this week we are continuing our study in the Book of Luke. And as I've done almost every week, I just am going to refresh our memories as to the purpose of the Book of Luke. The overarching purpose can be can be found in the Book of Luke chapter 1 by the way, the notes are on you version. If you are utilizing YouVersion, if you don't know what YouVersion is, it's a Bible app and and we upload notes and so on to the YouVersion as well as all of the announcements and you can find them there if you need help. Is there anybody who knows how to do the YouVersion app?
08 while only four of you Okay, if you need help go find one of those four people. The Book of Luke chapter 1 verses 3 and 4 Therefore your Excellency This is Luke writing to Theophilus. I have carefully investigated all of these things from the beginning. It seemed good to me that I too should write and call you with an accurate account. in order to narrative so that you might know how well founded are the things about which you have been taught or or so that you might may know for sure. The truth of the words that you have been taught. What is he saying? It seems
55 that Theophilus is already a follower of Yeshua. and maybe came across some difficulties some trials some testing and his faith. Has been challenged and so Luke is writing an account so that he may know for sure. Chapter chapter 1 verse 4 so that he may know for sure. the truth about what he has already been taught So what we see in the Book of Luke overarching what we see is there are simple acts of the inbreaking of the Kingdom of Heaven.
40 This in Breaking of the Kingdom of Heaven is actually a twofold operation first. It's the process of the king returning. Well coming at that at the point of at the point of Luke's writing coming at our Point returning. It's it's the point of the coming of the kingdom of heaven. But also it's the other side of the Kingdom. The inbreaking of the Kingdom of Heaven is people bringing their lives back into alignment. with the way of the king And then what we see. In particular here in Luke Luke comes at it from a very particular standpoint by the way what we see with Luke.
26 Also and we'll see it again today. We saw it in this week's. Well, we've seen it over the last chapter or so, but we'll see it again. Today is Yeshua establishing or announcing? He's already established but he's announcing that he's establishing to everyone else his authority in any given situation or scenario. And Luke highlights particular scenarios to show The Authority or the rule of the kingship of Yeshua across all of the spectrums. Last week we talked about the types of the soil the parable concerning the types of soil. this week here in
13 this week here in in Wednesday night in our Wednesday Night Live class. We talked about Yeshua being on a boat and falling asleep. And then while he's asleep, there's a crazy storm. The disciples freak out and they wake him up which by the way Yeshua by the way Yeshua asleep in a boat. On the Galilee Waters coming into the point of disciples are freaking out that they're going to drown. Where's Yeshua? Like he's asleep in the water. That dude is a good sleeper. and then Yeshua comes they said we're going to drown we're going to die and and and and Yeshua rebukes the storm
59 the waves the sea everything. And all of a sudden they go. whoa They start to wonder who is this guy? Yeshua mind you is the one who told them to get into the boat. It wasn't the disciples who said let's get in the bowl. Let's go for let's go out for a sale and a midnight sale. That sounds like a great idea. No, Yeshua says get in the boat. We're going to the other side of the lake. and now we come to our passage here in Luke chapter 8 verses 26 through 39 We'll read it all encompassing and then we'll come back to it section by section.
48 Then they sailed to the country of the Garrison's which is opposite Galilee. When Yeshua had stepped out on the land. There met him a man from the city who had demons. For a long time he had worn no clothes. And he had not lived in a house but among the tombs. When he saw Yeshua, he cried out and fell down before him and said with a loud voice. What have you to do with me? Yeshua son of the most high God I beg you do not torment me. For he had commanded this is Yeshua for he had commanded the unclean Spirit to come out of the man. For many a times. Let me just stop here
35 and tell you that Luke's is now giving some descriptions those to the man and Yeshua and what's going on at this moment for many a time. It had seized him the evil spirits and sees this man and he was kept under guard and bound with chains and shackles. But he would break the bonds. And be driven by the demon into the desert. Yeshua then asked him What is your name? Just just a comment. What is your name? the spirits identify who Yeshua is
21 immediately you think Yeshua doesn't know who it is. Yeshua asks him to identify himself. For the sake of everyone else. He says what is your name? And he said Legion? For many demons had entered him and They begged him They begged. You sure not to command them to depart into the abyss. Now a large herd of pigs was feeding there on the hillside. And They begged him to let them enter these so he gave them permission. Then the demons came out of the man and entered the pigs. And the herd rushed down the Steep Bank into the lake and drowned. When the herdsmen saw what had happened they fled and
08 they told it in the city and in the country. Then the people went out to see what had happened and they came to Yeshua and found the man from whom the demons had gone. Sitting at the feet of Yeshua clothed wearing clothes and in his right mind. And they were afraid. And those who had seen it told them how the demon possessed man had been healed. Then all the people of the surrounding country of the Garrison's asked him to depart from them. For they received with great fear. So he got so Yeshua got into the boat and returned. The man from whom the demons had gone begged.
53 That he might be with them be with him be with Yeshua, but Yeshua sent him away saying return to your own home return to your home and declare how much God has done for you. And he went away proclaiming through the whole city how much Yeshua had done for him? We're going to handle this. Story this parikipy this section of scripture in little chunks. We're gonna start with the first verse with verse 26 There is a purposeful destination. That Yeshua is is leading the disciples to they sailed over to the country of the
39 Garrison's which is opposite. on the side of the Galilee So if you guys can pop up that map for me. You guys still have that map? Thank you. I've got the Galilee here. See this is this is the the Sea of Galilee by the way, it's a lake. the canarat what we see is is Yeshua is somewhere up in here when he hops on the boat. We assume he's probably in Capernaum. And the the area where he's going? Is along the Eastern or Southeastern side of the Galilee?
26 So he goes across the lake you see so here. Let me just pause for just a moment if you guys can keep that map up and show you. There's similar stories to Luke's in the Book of Matthew and in The Book of Mark. In the book of markets called the Garrison's and in the Book of Matthew, it's called the gutterens. And it says Luke says he it goes to the territory of this so we can reasonably see that so there's a town here, which could be referenced. And there's a town. Which you're not going to see but it's basically down here. I don't know if you can see that but it's off. It's about
12 10 kilometers off the southern Southeastern side of the of the canary. and this whole region could be called. Or referred to by the name garasogadera or gergisa would depending upon which which book you're reading in. the area now is basically known as the Golan Heights this whole this whole side of of the lake in modern day is known as the Golan Heights. And what we also know the marking account finishes the account with the man going to the decapolis. So we this region is also referred to
57 as the decapolis which is 10 cities. Um 10 Gentile cities that are grouped together. And so the other thing that we can draw a conclusion is is that on this side of the lake. It's primarily Gentiles not Jews. So I'm bringing that up for a purpose because Yeshua intentionally goes to that side of the lake. It's not an accident. It's not like he got in the boat and the storm came through that night and he goes oops. I got I got blown off course. I this isn't where I meant to be. No, no, he gets in the boat with the purpose of going to this side of the lake. He has he has something in mind.
46 Luke's inclusion of this story so we we can so we can assume a few things based upon Yeshua, but Luke including this story. Tells us of Luke's. Kingdom Viewpoint that it's a kingdom that's not limited to the to the house of Israel, but it goes beyond the nation of Israel the Kingdom of Heaven the kingdom of God. It's an inclusion. of gentiles It's not limited to the land of Israel and the Jewish people. What we see Paul Paul references this in Philippians chapter 2.
32 Yeshua is the king of Israel and every nation will come and bend the knee. To his rulership and profess that Yeshua the Messiah is Lord Paul. Is referencing back to Isaiah the book of Isaiah, which will come back to in a few minutes. So it leaves us this leaves us with two different options. Which I've talked about before in terms of who is Luke. It leaves us with the option is Luke as a gentile and he would include these interactions with Gentiles because he's reminding the reader. of the inclusion of Gentiles in the plane of God It's actually plausible. I I think there's some Merit to that argument.
19 Because sometimes we go. Well, what about us? Depending upon whatever grouping the that you are What About Us? Did Yeshua just come for the Jewish people? now this is the perspective I might take. The and I've already shared this with you multiple times over the last seven months. I take the perspective of Luke as a Jew. Why do I take that perspective? Because I think Luke is coming at reform from within the Jewish Community not change imposed from the outside. so it's a reform of the Viewpoint the predominant Viewpoint so Luke is including these stories to remind his Jewish readers and and I've already shared who my my view of Theophilus is
08 namely the the former High priests of the people of Israel Luke includes these stories to remind his Jewish readers and Theophilus that the kingdom of God May begin with the Jewish people but his rulership extends to the Nations as a light you can find that in Isaiah chapter 49 verse 6 So now we move on a little bit further to In this passage. In yeshua's initial interaction when he gets out of the boat. So I make an assumption. That when Yeshua gets out of the boat. And sees this man possessed by evil spirits.
54 And immediately engages him. That this is the reason Yeshua has come across the lake. Now maybe there's more and in fact, you can even take a comparative. Look at Luke 2 versus Luke 8 this particularly this section Luke 2 being the revelation of Yeshua the Messiah to the Jewish people and this part in Luke 8 as the revelation of Yeshua the Messiah to the people's beyond the house of Israel. In in really in this section of the country and there's some striking parallels between the two. so if you want you can you're welcome to take a look at that but it's it's interesting so you should get out of the boat.
41 And he immediately encounters a man possess with demons who approaches him. The text tells us Luke tells us that the man had been living in tombs. tombs Not a house. Now, let me pause there for just a moment. I don't know about any of you. I can visit a cemetery. During the daytime. I do okay. I'm there for a few minutes, you know pay my respects to those who have passed. But I am not sleeping there overnight. Call me superstitious, whatever. Call me whatever you want.
26 but even the cemetery in the middle of Dallas just overnight is a little too much for me. This isn't that this is Tomb. S like he's living in tombs. I just want you to just to picture that in your mind. All of us would probably call this man. At least partially out of his mind. There's something wrong with him. This this man comes to Yeshua immediately. And the demon recognizes and acknowledges who Yeshua is by saying, what do I have to do with you? Yeshua, son
14 of the most high I beg you don't torment me. Before we continue. Let me just let me take a break for the for a moment. This story contains so much. Irony. That it it just like drips out of the story all the way through. This this demon comes Yeshua and says don't torment me. What do you think? He's the man. Like he's been tormented this this demon and and what we find out in a moment is is the the plurality of it. Has been tormenting this man. For who knows how long the text doesn't tell us?
02 This this evil spiritual Force quickly recognize yeshua's Authority. And his ability. To exercise judgment in regards to the house that that demon had made for himself or themselves. And in this recognition he quickly confesses as to the identity of who Yeshua is. This the stands in stark contrast to yeshua's interaction and what I call the human Realm. prior in this chapter the previous chapter and even to come
48 This spiritual Force evil spiritual forces demon recognizes immediately and acknowledges who Yeshua is. People were a little slower on the uptake. We're like, oh well the storm calmed. the boat didn't sink Who is this guy? We are a little bit slower to acknowledge. Who Yeshua is? These needles come back to the story here. These demons had enabled this man who with whom within whom they were dwelling. To be they had enabled him to be very strong to the point of being able to break the chains and the shackles of bondage.
35 Now, you know we sing songs about Yeshua breaking off chains and shackles. We never sing songs about demons breaking off chains and shackles, but actually we see that evident here. He enables this man to Break These Chains and shackles off of him and and really makes him crazy to the point that nobody in town wants to interact with him and he leaves the town. Nobody's able to contain him or physically restrain him and this man becomes content dwelling alone naked in tombs. in the hillside
21 So now we move a little bit further on and it says the text says Yeshua had been commanding the evil spirit to come out of the man when this when when the evil spirit begins to to interact with Yeshua. And then the evil spirit and then Yeshua asks for the evil spirits name and he responds Legion in the text says for many spirits had entered into him. Legion by the way is a reference to a unit a unit in the Roman military. The unit is consists of in between 4 and 6,000 soldiers. So if we're making a direct comparison the text doesn't necessarily. Give us cause to do this or to not do this.
07 But if we're making a direct assumption here that there's a legion then that means there's a legion within him. Four to six thousand men. The Legionnaire by the way, the commander of all the legion so you see the evil spirit who responds says, my name is Legion. Which I would take that to be. I'm the commander. of everyone within this because you don't interact with somebody who's on the bottom. If you want to like do something, you know with a whole group you go to the person who's on the top. So I assume that this would be the Legionnaire the commander of this unit those spirits.
56 I find this interesting because I know we've been traveling very slow through the Book of Luke, but it was just in the last chapter in chapter 7 where Yeshua interacts with a centurion? a centurion In a Legionnaire's command, there are 10 centurions. the tense centurions command approximately 80 to 100 people each wait that the math didn't work out, right? Anyways, it's something like that. All of a sudden the math didn't work in my head. So I'm not sure where I where I took the wrong turn but it's it's about like that. So we see a contrast.
43 with the Centurion in the last chapter and the legion commander of spirits in this chapter. Mind you both of them. Are not Jewish. Granted the evil spirit. There's no way it could be Jewish. But but he's on the seas in in a man. Who's not Jewish. So you see Yeshua interacting repeatedly back to back chapters. Extending the kingdom of God beyond the Jewish people. With the with the with the Centurion Yeshua makes even note and he says I haven't seen Faith like this within the whole house of Israel.
28 And now we're into he's interacting with Allegiant Air. So these spirits? begin to entreat Yeshua And they ask Yeshua, please. Don't send us into the abyss. and then they say Do You See? the herd of swine here on the mountain on the hillside Please give us permission to enter into the herd of swine. And Yeshua gives them permission. again Please note.
13 the dripping irony here swine it's If there is one thing that goes as far from Jewish people as possible. It's pigs. to the point that foreign entities had come into the temple and sacrifice pigs on the altar as the ultimate desecration of the temple in Jerusalem. So we are as far from from what should I call regular Jewish life? I I hesitate to use the word normal because there's not many normal of us. In fact, there's so few that actually normal becomes abnormal.
59 Never mind. My jokes are running a little low today. but anyways these pigs they come out of the man. And they go into the herd of pigs. So I'm gonna make a presumption here. I'm gonna presume upon the text just for a moment. I don't think it's too much. but if it's a legion of evil spirits Then I'm going to make an assumption even though they've been dwelling in one man that there's actually probably something like 4 to 6,000 pigs in this herd. Now pigs, I don't know if you know much about pigs, but they breed often and they breed a
46 lot. like something between nine and 27 piglets in every What do you call? Litter thank you. That was the word litter. That was the word I was looking for. Like a lot so it would be pretty pretty easy to get to a big group of swine. The herd rushes down the Hillside and into the lake and drowns. Now please again, let me just pause for a moment. and point out the irony Beyond just that pigs are about as far from Jewish people as you can get. Here in this picture. We have a rabbi. and his Jewish disciples
34 Who get off a boat? Encounter a presumably Gentile man. And then send the spirits of that man. They're within the man into a herd of pigs upon the request of the spirits themselves. And the pigs then go and drown themselves. the herdsmen run away And they go and they report it in town. and the countryside Basically, they told it to everybody they encountered. Oh my gosh, let me tell you what I just saw. Now I didn't finish that question. Let me tell you what I just that statement.
20 What is it do you think? That they told the people that they encountered. Do you think that they told the people about the amazing Deliverance of and provision for a local person who was deeply in need and and was oppressed? But had already been rejected by everybody in the area. Do you think they told him that the people that or do you think that they told the townspeople of a rabbi and his Jewish followers who did something? To make the herd of pigs run into the sea and drown in other words, they came and destroyed a locally owned business. Which do you think that they told?
06 The second one and I can tell you that they told the second one. Based upon what happens next in the text. by the way I know that I do this sometimes but let's do this again right now before I do the by the way. It's good for us. To picture who we might be in the story. Now I say it's good for us. but most of us picture ourselves probably in this story as Yeshua. Oh, I'm the one I'm gonna go out and I'm gonna cast out the evil spirits and send them into a bunch of pigs. I don't know that we're always the hero in the story.
53 In fact, I think I made a statement a few weeks ago that were never the hero in the story. In fact more often we are the what is it called the antagonist? Antagonist in the story that's more often who we actually are. So has the Lord done something like this in our lives? Something has he done something to cause us to consider. Who is our provider or our sustainer? In other words, who is it that's going to see to it that our lives will continue moving forward. So let's move on this in this text. We'll get to the by the way now how I know that the herdsmen didn't tell about the
38 man, but they told about the business. The people came out to see so these are the people who have now heard from the herdsmen. Why I didn't think about that. I heard from the herdsmen. These people came out to see what happened and they found the man from whom the evil spirits had gone out sitting down at the feet of Yeshua clothed in his right mind. And they became frightened. and then after this, so it's after these people come out that those who had seen it in other words the report the herdsmen finally reported about how the man was possessed by evil spirits had been made well, That's what that's what Luke tells us. There's an order here.
24 But first the people come out. And they look and they see this man sitting at the feet of Yeshua in his right mind and they're frightened. A question. We should ask ourselves is how long has the time been from the time that the pigs went down the hill and the herds been left? Until the people come out. well I'm going to theorize that it was not 30 minutes. How can I say that? Because the herdsmen they went into the towns to tell the people the nearest Talent is kilometers away. and in fact if they're going to if they're really going to what was the name of the town of
10 gudera if I remember, right? if they're going to the town of guderi, I think it's like 30 or 40 kilometers away maybe a little bit more. And in a hillside, you know, I don't know if any of you have ever been to the Galilee or seen pictures of the Galilee imagine 30 or 40 miles of that. And we're not talking about 30 minutes. We're not talking about an hour. We're not talking about two hours. We're talking about a day at least like an afternoon at a minimum. It could be maybe it's even the next day. We don't know that the text doesn't tell us. But in that entire time that they've
55 been gone this man has been sitting at the feet of Yeshua clothed. And being taught in other words, he's listening. He's asking he's engaging with Yeshua. What is it? You you just sent all this Legion out of me. Somehow I got to this point. How is it that I should move forward in my life. What are the things that I should be doing? He's asking you can imagine somebody who has gone through this level of Deliverance. They're gonna need to talk it out. They probably have scars all over themselves from living in a tomb. And they're they're they're engaging you. This this man is engaging with Yeshua and And frankly probably being discipled by him.
46 while the herdsmen go out into the countryside and to the towns and spread the news maybe not the good news. But they're spreading news. Now, let me ask you a question. Why would the herdsman? Go share the part about the destruction of a local business. versus the Redemption and restoration of a man who had been a part of there's no way that didn't know about him. Who had been a part of their community? Being restored to to his
32 right mind. being clothed like you see a full Restoration in this man. Why is it that the herdsmen don't lead with that story? There's an old adage in the news world. The adage is if it bleeds. It leads. in other words as bad as it is. Humanity is attracted to death and destruction and Devastation not restoration. I was looking at some papers.
19 from was that 1945 mom? From 1945 this week. some newspapers with the headlines concerning the end of the war is amazing to to go back in just see. the headlines and actually I'll tell you headlines have changed a little bit. In the way that we propagate news today. I think that's partially I'm not given the news world and off here. I think it's partially because the way we consume news now has changed. We find our news.
05 Generally speaking through Twitter. through Facebook through whatever social media entity. You want to look why do we find our news there? Because the news agencies have realized where we spend most of our time anyways. And they've decided we are going to increase our business. by pushing news into these forums Now what kind of news do you think it is that they push? What kind of news did the herdsmen lead with? the destruction of local business or the restoration and Redemption of a man who had been possessed. Generally speaking is a fascinating. I
51 read a study this week. on news consumption within the social media platform of Twitter From the end of 2018 until April of 2019 with the the 95% of the news articles being really between January and April of 2020 that's in 19 earlier. I meant 20 sorry in in that period this study came out of DePaul University and Harvard Business School. and the study showed they had some presumptions going in they had some theories as to what the results would be and then it confirmed
38 the results which is That more negative. posts news posts are either now if I'm getting into a world that you don't know just bear with me for a moment are either liked shared retweeted. They are they are. engaged with those those articles are engaged with way more often than any article that was positive. And so you can buy the same. By the same logic, you can see that the negative news would travel farther. if people are sharing it, like let's just say
27 let's just do simple math here. Let's just say I have a hundred people that I share it with. and then of those hundred people 50 of them share it with a hundred people. the negative news but if I have good news that I share and they're like, oh, that's great. I don't really want to share that one all of a sudden it stops. Whereas before my negative news has now reached. 5,000 people With just one one degree of separation. I'm only saying this because it should cause us to check. to pause
12 and think about what it is that we're sharing with others. Do we want are we are we trying to draw people into the negativity or we trying to share what God the restoration and the Redemption that God has done in our lives or in the lives of someone else. And we get some final reactions here. At the end of the end of the chapter. All of the people of the country and the surrounding District ask Yeshua to depart from them. They were gripped with fear. They've witnessed this man standing they're sitting at the feet of Yeshua clothed in his right mind. And their gripped with fear and they ask Yeshua to get out of town. Please we don't want any of your good news here.
59 They're consumed by the fear of what would happen to them their families and their livelihood? In other words, who is it that is their provider who sees to it that they eat every day. When they ask Yeshua to leave. What does he do? He listens. He listens. Do we ever ask Yeshua to leave? I want you to think about that one real hard are there moments when you're like, I don't really want anybody to see what I'm about to do. Let me translate that Yeshua, please leave at
46 this moment and then I'll see you again in a little bit. That's asking Yeshua to leave. Maybe we don't outright ask him to leave but maybe we're like God, don't worry. I got this. I don't need your input. I can't tell you how often. I'm in a room with Max. And he's climbing on some object that's in the room. And generally trying to plummet to his death upon some other object. And and I go back. Do you need some help? Not add? I got this. I got this. And the dude gets up and then directly proceeds to fall. And start to cry I'm going to take that
32 story and adapt it into our own lives. How often do we say to the Lord? I got this. Don't worry. I'm just laughing because I think about Max when you wouldn't and I think about myself in the moments when I'm with the Lord and I'm thinking like Lord I got this. Like don't worry about it. I got you. No, we don't. Not once do we ever have the Lord's back. He always has ours. we need to look to him as our provider our sustainer. like this man this man exemplifies it actually he experiences this miraculous deliverance and he
17 begs Yeshua to let him come with him. He wants to spend all of his time with Yeshua. but Yeshua says no. Sometimes we can get so caught up in spending time with Yeshua that we forget why we're here. Yeshua says no. I want you to go back into the town and tell everyone what God did for you. This man went away proclaiming throughout the whole city. What thing what great things Yeshua had done for him. And we see immediately the connection with the Luke May between Yeshua and God. Yeshua says go. Tell the people what God did for
04 you the man says what Yeshua did in Luke is drawing the two together for us as the reader. Yeshua gets into a boat and returned. What we know is yeshua's trip to this side of the lake was intentional. He came to deliver that specific man. from a legion of spirits Luke is confirming the plan of the Lord that it is too trifling a thing to raise up the tribes of Jacob and to restore the preserved ones of Israel. You also will be a light to the Nations God's salvation to the end of the earth, Isaiah 49 6.
49 Luke is reinforcing strengthening. the understanding of the importance of the inclusion of Gentiles in the plan of God. And he's doing it showing that Yeshua does it as an intentional act he travels to the other side of the sea. Okay, maybe with Cornelio with with the Centurion we could say well he just like this Centurion travels to him. This one Yeshua goes to the other side. He does this on purpose. So we need to be intentional about where we're going. But also we need to take the time to be present when issues present themselves along the way. We need to always. See about seek the Lord about what to do in any and every emerging situation.
24 And also it's important for us to recognize that generally. The spirit realm is quicker to acknowledge who Yeshua is than we are. Where do we find our sustenance? Are we like to townspeople in the herdsmen finding our sustenance our provision and our business and our money making venture? Or are we like the one who is set free from evil spirits? Do we sit at the feet of Yeshua who is our provider? And finally, let us be ready for the mission that Yeshua has set before us. Let us go forth and Proclaim what our Lord
