On Shabbat, September 4, from 1:00pm-2:00pm in Chaverah Hall, we will have a medical symposium immediately after the Shabbat Service. Various health care representatives will share information that will assist you in advocating your health care needs. Topics covered will include: giving a thorough health history, when and how to call 911, choosing hospitals appropriate for your need, health care insurance, prescription choices, assigning advocates, managing medical bills, and understanding the Patient Bill of Rights.
