Wedding and Reception Options that include helpful information to assist the bride and groom in planning a special wedding at BHS.

Will a Chuppah Be Used? (Select One)(Required)

If the Chuppah is to be decorated, provide the name of who will be responsible for decorating the Chuppah.

Guest Book Location

Description of where the Guest Book should be located.

Gift Table Location

If the Gift Table is not set-up in the reception area, please designate where to locate it.

Will an Aisle Runner Be Used? (Select One)(Required)

Florist: When Will the Flowers Arrive?

It is important to know when the flowers will arrive to determine if refrigeration will be needed. Additional time needed for refrigeration (greater than 4 hours is available at the rate of $50 per hour).

Ushers: Provide the Name(s) of Usher(s) and the Time They Will Arrive.

Photographer: What Time Will the Photographer Arrive?

Was the Photographer Informed of the BHS Policy Regarding Photography during the Ceremony?

The Wedding Liaison will go over the policy with the photographer and show them where they can and cannot take pictures.

Courtyard Doors: What Time to Unlock the Doors?

All guests will enter the building through the Courtyard Doors.

Sanctuary Doors: What Time to Unlock the Doors for Guests?

Guests: Where Do Guests Go Immediately After the Ceremony?

If photographs will be taken of the wedding party after the ceremony, where should the guests be directed to go?

Do You Plan to Have a Reception at BHS?(Required)

Chaverah Hall: Describe the Set-up.

The fee to rent Chaverah Hall for four (4) hours is $400 and $100 for each additional hour.

Table Cloths Needed

Description of the color, size and quantity of table cloths needed. NOTE: BHS does not provide tablecloths for wedding receptions. (The Wedding Liaison can provide the available table sizes.)

Decorating for the reception is the responsibility of the bride and groom.

The Caterer may unload and load at the Commercial Kitchen door located on the north side of the building. DO NOT park in the fire lane.

Caterer's Servers: How Many Servers Will the Caterer Provide?(Required)

Caterer's Items: When Will the Caterer Pick Up Their Items? (Select One)(Required)

Dishes, Chafing Dishes, Glasses, Coffee Urns, Coffee, Sweeteners, Cream, Serving Utensils, etc. Tell the Wedding Liaison if extension cord or ice from BHS will be needed.

Kitchen Annex Set-up: Placement of Serving Tables, and Tables for Caterers (to pull from).

The Wedding Liaison will upload the final drawing and details.

Commercial Kitchen: Who is Certified to Supervise the Kitchen? (Select One)(Required)

The Wedding Liaison will help you determine who is qualified to volunteer in the Commercial Kitchen.
